K....is for all sorts of goodies..
deep, dark greens are an important source for vitamin K..which has two main purposes..it is the clotting factor in our blood.. and prevention of weak bones.. A deficiency of Vitamin K can lead to Osteporosis.
K..Key Lime..the source of deliciously tart Key Lime Pie.
K..Krispy Kreme Donuts..yummy, my mouth is remembering all the times past for these sugary treats fresh out of the oven!
K..kabobs..meat grilled on a skewer..Yummy!
K..Kool Aid..never cared much for it,,loved the pitcher!
but my most favorite K food is:
Kelloggs Sugar Frosted Flakes!
Tony the Tiger was my hero..I knew his commercials would convince Mom to buy another box.. but with four hungry children, one box was finished at a sitting..
until the next grocery shopping trip..just GRrrrrreat!
grab a stick od Juicy Fruit gum
and lets head over to Jen's Unglazed for more foods..'k?
Haha... yes, I've always considered Krispy Kremes to be LADEN with vitamin K! :-)
