  5. My children and grandchildren live in Colorado and I have been so worried about them the past two weeks. They are farf rom the present fires but it was easy to see how quickly the dry conditions were creating new fires. My heart goes out to all who lost their homes and the terrible loss of life. I hope that raindhsowers come soon to help prevent new fires!

    Happy Blue Monday!

  9. We've been following the progress of the fires through the news up here. It's been so awful to watch, so helpless. I hope that you and yours are safe and that some steady soaking rain will fall.

  10. I have been keeping up with a few blogging friends very near these fires - so thankful there's better news. We've just been experiencing the incredible heat wave - then a storm came through and changed everything. I am glad to have found you and am now your newest follower,

welcome to my world of salty sunkissed breezes..
where time is not measured..
linger leisurely..
sift sugary white sand between your toes..
Make and take those wonderful memories..
leaving behind..only your footprints...
