Thursday Prayers..!!

The weather is gorgeous out!

bright sunshine..
brilliant blue skies..
Red Rocks Amphitheater
55 degrees!..

and I awoke with a  nasty Migraine headache..

so ..
went back to bed  for a few more winks..

and now am preparing for a busy afternoon..
OUT. OF. THE. HOUSE!
Could this be the proverbial January thaw?
Cherry Creek rapids..
maybe for us..
but NOT for friends and family on the Eastern Seaboard..
they are the unhappy recipients of yet another dumpage,

from my niece Alicia in New Jersey..

From Matt in North Carolina

inundating EVERYTHING in sight!
Sunrise
Prayers for each and everyone..
prayers for continued heat and electricity..

prayers for warm temps and rapid melting of the snow..
prayers they too soon will be back to normal..
with  a blue sky, warm temp January thaw of their own!
my thoughts tho..
....
are of the beachy kind!!
enjoy!

  1. Brrrrr...some of those photos have me feeling v-e-r-y chilly. Love to look at, but oh my, I can't imagine having to deal with it.

  2. Hi Loui,
Nice story to go along with all these wonderful
photos. Enjoyed it very much. Yea, I feel for all those poor folks up north, it has really been quite a winter for them. Must be that Global Warming!! lol
They really do need our prayers, it would be awful to not have power and heat when it is like that, we went thru that once when the storm of the century hit here years ago, and we were no where near as cold as it gets up there.
Well, have a good day tomorrow.
    Did you get my email???
    blessings, Nellie

  3. The pictures are so beautiful! I especially like the one of the cat! We live in Tennessee and have had some more snow also. I am really getting tired of snow! The picture of the beach makes me want to be there!

  4. Great pictures-we got more snow last night but after hearing all that the east coast got, I can hardly complain.

  6. Although I live in FL, we had some near record weather breaking low temps a couple of weeks ago. I can't imagine living in snow & ice, and pray for those who are so hard hit. Your photo's are beautiful! :)

welcome to my world of salty sunkissed breezes..
where time is not measured..
linger leisurely..
sift sugary white sand between your toes..
Make and take those wonderful memories..
leaving behind..only your footprints...
