  8. I'm so glad you put those pics of the beach, I was starting to get cold looking at that snow!

One of my best friends lives Los Angeles and has a second home in Las Vegas. She had been there all week and made the smart decision to leave for home early Sunday morning, instead of the planned return on Monday. I believe she made it through the pass on I-5 before they closed it around noon.

Family and friends have been posting snow pictures on Facebook from their homes in Southern California and boy, it makes me so glad I'm here in Sunny Florida!

Fun, fun post my dear, I especially love the "Florida Bound" car, I wonder if they made it?

Happy Anniversary, a few days late, but the full sentiment is there.

    XOXOXOXOXOXOXO

  9. Love the surfing Santa!

I have to say I am absolutely thrilled that you will be joining me on the carriage ride destined for Royal Wedding Wednesdays. When I hit the "publish" button I had a momentary feeling of panic that my post would be met with only the sound of crickets chirping. It has been quite the opposite, so much so that I feel we have a kindred spirit/sisterhood sorority.

    Here's to fairytales!

  12. I loved this post, Loui ... we're supposed to get some sleet, snow, and ice here in Mississippi tomorrow night, so those beaches look especially good to me right now.

Thank you for the sweet and gracious comments you always leave for me at Southern Lagniappe. I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to visit me.

welcome to my world of salty sunkissed breezes..
where time is not measured..
linger leisurely..
sift sugary white sand between your toes..
Make and take those wonderful memories..
leaving behind..only your footprints...
