what a week!
not gonna focus on the negative,,
just positives today..
weather..
have had a respite from the miserable heat..
in the form of liquids from heaven..
RAIN!
downpours..
and even when the sun was shining..
wasn't all that hot..
and later...
closer to dusk..
headed out to pick up something for dinner..
looked up...and simply could not resist..
as usual, Nikon was loaded and ready..
i just propped on a nearby pickup truck..
and started shooting!
would you believe my actions cased traffic to stop?
folks began to grab their weapons..
and come out of their vehicles shooting..
here's the target at which we ALL were aiming:
totally bathed in Golden light from above..
what more can I say?
