Has It REALLY been THAT LONG?

Has it really been THAT long ago Mountain Mermaid first appeared here?
looking back, the very first post was a Blue Monday post..
featured me sitting in a field of Bluebonnets..

from that very first day, way back in September of 2009, I've blogged away..
sometimes frequently..other times, sparingly..
Along the way,219 folks have decided they like my photos, my articles..and maybe ME!

I appreciate each and everyone of you..
In honor of that friendship..
I want to give back to you, a little something from me..
jot me a note letting me know WHY you follow Mountain Mermaid..
or tell me what you LIKE most about my blog..

never have I ever had such a problem acclimating!
moving right along..
I've been remiss..

I could not have been more surprised when opening the box..
